Job Summary
The Regulatory Reporting Technology is a critical function that supports the Regulatory Reporting to support HO and Regulatory Compliance initiatives through projects and BAU enhancements including Financial reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Systematic Risk Reporting & Branch Reporting for Tier 1, 2 & 3 reports.
Our team is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join as Assistant Vice President, Software Engineer for Regulatory Reporting team, to support projects and BAU work efforts. We’re looking for someone known for effectively bridging IT and business teams, with an ability to masterfully speak the language of both. This is a highly visible and impactful position as the role requires facing off to business stakeholders and liaising with technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in supporting the product owners. The successful candidate must be able to deliver whilst adopting an agile methodology and managing project timelines and risks.
This is a dual-hatted role where the individual works as both a Software Engineer and Data Analyst for Financial Products. This Role needs to work with a small team of business analysts and scrum masters, emphasizing technology adoption, process optimization, and continuous delivery of Data, AI, and BI Products & Services.

US Regulatory Reports (FFIEC call reports, FR Y 2052a, etc.)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $120K - $150K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
