What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Business Development position at MUFG Investor Services?
Key Responsibilities include the following :
- Assist in developing business with asset managers and asset owners across all aspects of asset servicing including fund administration loan administration custody and outsourcing.
- Working independently & owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure of deals.
- Create a prospect list and develop strategies to effectively engage those prospects.
- Efficient use of Salesforce log prospective clients key influencers and logging of meeting notes.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products and new products.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in Industry & Professional bodies.
- Gather market insights and work closely with Product Development to ensure our offering is market leading.
- Communicate and collaborate with Line of Business Heads Marketing and Operations team members.
- Contribute to the team effort and work on special projects.
