The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary: The idea candidate will have the ability to work independently, have strong attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Having strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment, will help this candidate excel in this position. Completing Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, responding to emails, and using multiple applications to support Accounts Payable processes, will be the majority of the position.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Suppliers and Intercompany invoices for MUSA and MUSCAN vendors
• Responding to vendors and employees’ queries in a timely and professional manner
• Processing Wires and ACH Payment for MUSA and MUSCAN on a weekly basis
• Performing miscellaneous tasks
• Assist with Month end closing
• Review Expense Reports and check requests to insure they are compliant with corporate policies
• Serve as a liaison with Business Lines for all accounts payable services

Skills:

• Attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Microsoft Suite, including Excel, with experience using Pivot Tables
• Oracle Cloud Financial, and People Soft Financial experience

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/AP
• Associates degree in accounting required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Accounts Payable Specialist Certification from IOFM preferred

The typical base pay range for this role is between $66K - $100K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
