Job Summary
In this role, you will focus on supporting the engineering and operational needs of the IAM Engineering team, including delivering integrations with our Centrify platform, maintaining operations, and providing subject matter expertise within the program. You will provide project-related updates and briefings on status across the IAM Engineering team and the platform management.
You will work closely with a highly skilled team of individuals globally, collaborating across security, business, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration between Active Directory and non-Windows systems.
Major Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities
- Integration with the Centrify platform to enable Active Directory authentication across Linux, UNIX, and MacOS systems.
- Ensure proper enforcement of identity and access management policies across heterogeneous environments.
- Implement and maintain Centrify’s least-privilege access controls and role-based access models.
- Provide support for day-to-day operational tasks and escalations related to Active Directory Bridging and authentication.
- Assist with automation and scripting efforts to streamline identity integration and access management.
- Document and maintain Centrify-related processes, procedures, and methodologies to align with organizational security goals.
- Support audits and compliance assessments by providing relevant data and documentation.
- Provide SME-level training to internal security staff, business units, and technology teams on Centrify best practices and configurations.
- 5 years of experience managing and supporting Centrify or similar Active Directory Bridging solutions.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory authentication, Kerberos, LDAP, and related security protocols.
- 3-5 years’ experience working with Linux/UNIX authentication and authorization models.
- Experience integrating Centrify with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and system management.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices within identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM).
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry preferred.
- Relevant technical and industry certifications preferred, such as Centrify Certified Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $121,000 - $142,000
