- Work full time with some overtime
- work 5am to 2pm M - F and some Saturdays but shorter shift
- keep kitchen staff on task
- cook breakfast and lunch
- prep breakfast and lunch items for next day
- manage kitchen staff, keeping them on task
- handle ordering of kitchen supplies
- ensure all food is dated and labeled
