Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our organization. You will assist the Manager in overseeing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties:
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Supervise and train staff members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with recruiting efforts
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and maximizing sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Experience in recruiting and training development is preferred
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage financial resources
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
