Responsibilities Include:
- Professionally completes all daily work orders
- Communicates any delays in finishing a work order with the supervisor
- Maintains curb appeal and cleanliness of the properties at all times
- Troubleshoots and repairs maintenance issues
- Ensures vacant units are rent-ready in a timely fashion
- Responds to after hour on-call emergencies
- Maintains trash rooms and dumpster areas
- Assists with clearing of snow and ice
- Displays strong customer service attitude to ensure the satisfaction of our residents
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and two years related work experience is required
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to read service requests
- Ability to communicate with team members, residents and vendors
- Ability to understand proper applications of chemicals and general cleaning supplies
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems
- Complete understanding of emergency systems, shutoffs
- Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies
- The position may require the ability to physically inspect properties
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
