With 17 facilities in Northern, Central, and Southern California, Muir Wood is a residential and outpatient treatment program designed for teen boys and girls, ages 12-17, with mental health and substance use disorders. In our safe, comfortable, and structured environments, our compassionate clinicians help teens explore and process sensitive issues while learning to manage their lives in productive ways. We provide high-quality Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment, creating an environment where teens and their families feel cared-for, valued, and engaged. Our academic program is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). We are in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, MHN, Magellan, Halcyon, and Optum, making our exceptional brand of teen treatment accessible to as many families as possible. Our guiding philosophy emphasizes kindness and compassion over confrontation and control.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, physical operations of all Muir Wood properties, offices, facilities, and residences. This position is onsite Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
$70,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Supervise Housekeeping, Maintenance, Culinary, and other Operations staff positions
- Perform onboarding and offboarding duties for all staff
- Organize and uphold Operations Procedures
- Maintain Purchase Order requests and order items for all staff, department, and client needs
- Perform site visits weekly to all Muir Wood properties to ensure locations are up to safety and cleanliness standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors, independent contractors, licensing authorities, etc. with regard to issues related to the operation and maintenance of Muir Wood properties, residences, offices, and facilities
- Help ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation
- Various administration duties
- Perform other duties as needed and directed by the Director of Operations
Qualifications:
- Experience with residential treatment facility field preferred
- H.S. Diploma required
- Bachelor's Level degree preferred
