Description : Job Summary :
As a Facilities Technician , you will play a key role in ensuring the safety & functionality of all facilities and equipment within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all physical assets, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for staff, clients, and visitors, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize and manage ongoing facility projects. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for scheduled repairs, installations, and facility improvements.
Oversee the inventory of facility-related equipment and supplies. Order, track, and manage supplies to optimize facility operations.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections of all facility areas, identifying potential issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring maintenance.
