Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The manager will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies, designing window displays, managing store layouts and visual displays, and ensuring brand consistency in all store presentations. The role also involves supervising and training store staff, coordinating with sales teams, and reporting on merchandising performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Window Displays and Store Management
- Effective Communication and Sales experience
- Experience in Team Management and leadership
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in retail visual merchandising is preferred
