Mujin is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a part of the sales team, focusing on driving growth through lead generation, sales qualification, and customer outreach. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team of doers, tackling challenging technical problems to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
\n- Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound calls to potential customers
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to identify and target potential customers for cold outreach
- Manage the initial sales qualification process for marketing leads
- Assist with Salesforce data compliance to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the technical sales or SaaS space
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
