We are seeking an experienced caring professional long-term career nanny to join our family.

Mukilteo, WA

Start Date:

Immediate to Flexible

Pay:

$30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (8-hour shift)
• 48 hours per week guaranteed
• Long-term position

About the Family:

We are a busy family with three young children and another on the way. Parents work from home. Join a supportive and collaborative family where your expertise will be highly valued.

• A 5-year-old daughter who attends Kindergarten
• A 2-year-old son who will start preschool in September 2025
• A 1-year-old daughter
• A newborn daughter due in February 2025. We use the Snoo, which is a big help during the first 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Bottle feeding, meal preparation, and bathing
• Diaper changes and managing nap schedules
• Engaging the children through reading and play
• Light household duties, including loading/unloading the dishwasher and laundry

Requirements:

• Several years of prior full time nannying or childcare experience
• Demonstrated history of long-term roles in previous positions
• Proven experience with infants/toddlers and caring for multiple children simultaneously
• Strong dependability and punctuality
• Must have existing health insurance
• COVID-19 vaccine with boosters
• CPR/First Aid certifications
• Clean background check
• No accompanying children permitted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
