Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff in all aspects of food service, including fine dining etiquette and kitchen management.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Coordinate banquet events and special functions, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or quick service fast food restaurant management.
