Job Summary
The Client Coordinator position is a vital, forward-facing role responsible for welcoming and supporting our clients. Serving as a liaison between clients and our team, the Client Coordinator will address client needs promptly and accurately, ensuring stellar service. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating appointments, maintaining precise documentation, and performing general administrative tasks such as data entry. Additionally, the Client Coordinator will uphold the office environment, ensuring it remains a clean and organized representation of our company.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients by answering and organizing phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage schedules to keep appointments and meetings up-to-date.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain updated client and office records.
- Organize and file documents to ensure easy access and efficient record keeping.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office through light cleaning and tidying up.
- Assist with general office tasks to keep daily operations on track.
- Support team members with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, scheduling, and other office needs.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in use microsoft office suite (word, excel, and outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer services skills with the ability to effectively gather and convey information to all stakeholders involved to best meet the needs of our clients.
- Basic understanding of clerical tasks and office operations.
- Previous customer services experience
Physical Duties and Requirements
- Requires ability to sit at computer of long periods of time
- Requires considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the entire body to climb, lift, balance, walk and handle equipment and materials
- Requires repetitive movements of bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50lbs. regularly.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
