Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification Details: BLS, State Licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Texas
- Job Requirements:

- SNF Experience preferred
- Must pass Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
