What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tasting Room Manager position at Mulberry Springs Vineyard and Winery?
Responsibilities:
- To make a growing winery more fun through customer engagement and help with marketing.
- Responsible for the management and well-being of our tasting room employees and help manage events.

More specific tasks/roles:
- Must have prior restaurant experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale full service environment.
- Manage the maintenance of the tasting room in terms of wine inventory, functioning systems, and overall look & feel.
- Responsible for networking and participating in the wine community as a brand ambassador of the winery and to identify individuals that could be a good fit for the Winery.
- Assist with answering inquiries relating to tasting room and tasting room events via company emails, as well as assisting with responding promptly to phone messages and other inquiries.
- Constantly be thinking about new and exciting ways to improve.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 40 per week
