Mulberry is partnering with our longtime client a family-owned leading organic, free range and pasture egg producer in the Pacific Northwest for a General Manager, Production. This is a key role on the senior leadership team reporting to the Director of Operations of one of the most admired companies in their industry. Some may even call them obsessed with providing the highest quality product courtesy of happy and healthy chickens! The ideal candidate has a passion for people development, standard operating procedures, effective communication and drive for excellence.

Compensation and Benefits :
Annual compensation $130-$140K. Generous relocation package if applicable along with company. Medical and Dental insurance to eligible employees and their dependents at a very generous rate.
