What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a returning manufacturing client, a 100% employee-owned general contractor to hire for a Recruiter to support their team. You will report to the People Services Manager and work in a team of three!
A day in the life:
- Advertise job openings and recruit and source qualified applicants.
- Pre-screen candidates and actively participate in the full lifecycle recruiting process including interviews and selection.
- Coordinate and manage all communications with hiring managers and applicants through all stages of the recruitment process to include interviews, reference and background checking, negotiation, offer and closing process.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop employment offers and present offer terms to candidates in a clear and thorough manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interview notes/interactions, and other recruiting activities for legal compliance purposes.
- Continually build strong working relationships with hiring managers and other team members that lead to success with recruitment processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting and first point of contact for applicant inquiries.
- Manage a database of email and phone contacts for applicants.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3 years in full cycle recruiting
- Manufacturing or construction experience highly desired
- Personable, detail oriented, outgoing, and highly communicative
Compensation and Benefits: $32-38/HR with access to benefits via Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
