Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform various manual labor tasks in landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation
- Prepare and maintain landscaped areas by digging, pruning, mulching, and weeding
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools
- Perform manual tasks like raking, shoveling, and hauling materials
- Install and repair irrigation systems
- Remove debris, clear walkways, and maintain work sites
- Load and unload landscape materials and equipment
- Assist in hardscaping projects like laying pavers, stone, or constructing small structures
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of plant care and landscaping techniques
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of landscape materials

Work Schedule
