We are looking for a Landscape Retail Associate to join our team at Mulch Solutions! This role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our landscape supply yard. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable about landscaping materials or eager to learn. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Compensation : 17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Operate basic equipment (such as forklifts or loaders) to load customer orders (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized retail yard and storefront
- Manage inventory levels and restock materials as needed
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Answer customer inquiries regarding landscaping materials and product applications
- Work with the team to coordinate deliveries and ensure efficient yard operations
Qualifications :
Prior experience in retail, landscaping, or a related field is a plus, but not required
