Job description
Our company is looking to hire an on-site Leasing Agent. This position is the perfect fit for an energetic, outgoing, and organized individual with a passion for great customer service.
This position would be responsible for leasing all vacant units as well as assisting the Property Manager in the day-to-day responsibilities of the office.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome, prospects, applicants, and residents to the leasing office
- Answers phones courteously and responds to inquiries promptly
- Show models and made ready vacant apartments to prospective residents, and follow-up with potential residents
- Follow-up with potential residents
- Ensures that leasing files are complete, and the applicant move-in process is executed property in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures
- Assist applicants with application process, and gather all supporting documentation
- Manage vacancies by maintaining vacancy report daily, performing all checklist items to prepare vacant unit for move-in
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Computer proficient and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position
- Must be team oriented
- High energy and positive attitude
- Able to pass a background screening
- Reliable transportation
