A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Account Manager, you’ll report to the Branch Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest
Core accountabilities include:
1.Respond Quickly
- Respond to clients as soon as you can, always aiming for inside 24 hours
- Champion an extraordinary level of customer service
- Proactively anticipate client needs and propose solutions
- Develop a communication cadence and method that fits the unique needs of each customer
- Keep Pipedrive, Aspire, and other critical communication tools clean and up-to-date
2. Ensure Quality
- Meet enhancement crews on-site and support completing enhancements on-time and on-budget
- Perform Landscape Quality Audits for all properties at least monthly
- Proactively build relationships with our Field team to build trust, commitment, and accountability
- Follow up with our Field team to ensure any quality issues are quickly and appropriately addressed
3. Sell Enhancements
- Build Property Improvement Plans for all commercial contract maintenance customers
- Manage residential enhancement leads from assignment to a signed contract and through installation
- Quickly prepare estimates and proposals using standard templates
- Present and win enhancements at target gross margins
4. Renew Contracts
- Proactively communicate with customers pending renewal
- Prepare updated contracts to support renewal using standard maintenance templates
- Serve as the customer’s primary contact through contract renewal, taking partners as is needed or helpful
- Renew contracts at a 90% renewal rate
5. Own Onboarding
- Actively participate in the Onboarding Planning Meeting for all new, assigned commercial contract maintenance customers
- Walk the property and review the scope with relevant internal partners
- Create the 30-Day Plan for the property
- Own the Customer Handoff Meeting to support the transition from the Account Executive to the Account Manager as the primary point of contact, reviewing your 30-Day Plan

- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of landscape experience preferred
