A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Enhancement Manager, you’ll report to the Branch Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll help lead the production of enhancement work, keeping the focus on our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
o Lead and manage a small team, modeling what it means to be a manager in line with our Purpose, Vision, and Core Values
o Keep projects running smoothly and on time by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and working with Account Executives to handle change orders seamlessly
o Own the enhancement process by staying on top of labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs while keeping communication clear and efficient
o Support operational success by ensuring job costs, revenue, and resources are always accurate and on track
o Help your team grow through hands-on training, thoughtful feedback, and a focus on quality that keeps us improving together
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
o A passion for growing a career in concert with the natural world
o 5 years of landscape experience
o A steady, courageous leader who anticipates problems and ensures the job is always done right
o The ability to independently coordinate the activities of multiple landscape crews
o Experience leading a team in landscape, property management, custodial service, or other similar spaces
o Spanish and English language skills, preferred
o 3 years of safe driving experience
