A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Account Manager, you’ll report to the Branch Manager in our Interior Landscapes Branch. You’ll serve our customers, keeping focus on our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
- Manage the interiorscapes of Omaha's most beautiful commercial properties
- Champion an extraordinary level of customer service
- Leverage your experience to sell enhancements to elevate existing landscapes
- Welcome new customers and ensure a smooth transition to Mulhalls Landscape
- Serve as the customer's primary contact through contract renewal
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferred
- Proficiency in indoor plant care and IPM, preferred
- A patient, conscientious, and active listener
- Chemical Applicators License
- A supportive team player who anticipates problems and works collaboratively to solve them
- A focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems
