As a Reporter/Editor, you will be responsible for gathering, investigating, and presenting news stories to the public. The Silver State Post is a community weekly newspaper based in Deer Lodge, Montana. The standard work schedule is 32 hours/week, at various hours to cover events in Powell County, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to uncover interesting and significant news
- Write articles for publication
- Conduct interviews with sources to gather information

- Edit and proofread own work or that of others
