As a successful contracting business, the company leadership team continues to grow. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of operations and running the daily functions of the Human Resource Department. The Field Administrator will execute HR and Operations priorities that enable the business to achieve its accelerated growth goals and foster a fulfilling employee experience. As an organized and results-oriented person, the Field Administrator will support organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR and Operations special projects.

Responsibilities :
This person will focus primarily on standard data entry tasks that need to be completed on a daily, weekly, monthly, or longer interval schedule. Due to this, a strong technical background is required. Additionally, this person will be assisting and / or working with our team members on a daily basis so the ability to converse and have successful team member relations is important.
This person must be organized, have the ability to manage their time well, have great attention to detail, accuracy, and precision, and must be efficient with technology to include excel and other data entry programs.
Core tasks will revolve the following :
- Updating of HR trackers such as our employee information forms and certification, incentive, safety, and eligibility trackers.
- It will also include team member relations tasks such as managing birthdays, anniversaries, and safety related recognition duties.
- Assistance to the Operations Team via the completion of site access forms and scheduling of site orientations, training courses, and certification testing.
- It will also include other tasks such as pulling GPS reports, confirming the completion of DOT & Equipment Checklist reports, and checking PPE inventory stock.
- There will be plenty of opportunity for cross training, depending on performance, such as learning how to operate heavy equipment, assisting with hiring and orientations, performing site visits, or performing new hire equipment training.
