We are looking for an individual to take full ownership of our seeding operations throughout the year. This person should have expert knowledge of both the equipment and seeding processes.

This role involves planning, managing, and construction of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities: The Wet Utility Division Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of wet utility projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Key Responsibilities to include:
- Project Planning and Execution- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure the projects success.
- Project Buyout- Create RFP's to send out to vendors and subcontractors and ensure accuracy with all incoming bids. Award vendors and subcontractors based on overall best value and assist in the issuing of subcontracts when needed.
- Provide World Class Customer Service- At Muller, Inc. we strive to provide world class customer service to our clients. Overcommunication and professionalism with clients is a key to our success.
- Client Communication- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status and progress. Holding regular progress meetings with clients to ensure they are always in the loop on project status.
- Documentation and Reporting- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports for management.
- At minimum 2 Years Experience in Wet Utilities
- Prior Experience as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM)
- Technical understanding of wet utility installation
- Ability to read/understand project drawings
- Must understand the operations and technical aspects of wet utilities
- Must have experience managing projects
- Must have focus on providing exceptional customer service
