Responsibilities:
- Ability to utilize and understand engineering drawings, building, wiring, and qualifying sub-assemblies, main assemblies, and final machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical problems as they may arise.
- Proactively and communicate with other departments for solutions
- Ability to set up final systems in accordance with internal quality acceptance measures.
- Ability to set up final systems in accordance with quality acceptance measures set by customer.
- Ensure the final product is meets specifications
- Two years of manufacturing experience in a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical degree in automation preferred
- Experience in A.C., D.C., and three-phase wiring
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic schematics
- Conceptual knowledge of pneumatics and servo-drive motors
- Experience as a commercial electrician or machine/automation maintenance technician is preferred
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, travel can be one to three weeks per trip. (Required)
- Willing to train the right candidate with minimal experience and certifications for an apprentice role
- Working daily onsite at Muller Technology CO, Inc. with expectation of no less than 40 hours worked weekly
