- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring that all areas are adequately staffed and operational needs are met.
- Maintain exceptional service standards in both quick service fast food restaurant and fine dining settings.
- Coordinate banquet events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and communication.
- Monitor inventory levels, including coffee and other supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development initiatives.
Qualifications
