Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Train, mentor, and schedule bar staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Monitor beverage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste while ensuring availability.
