We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant bar environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Familiarity with catering events is an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
