Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including bussing tables and refilling drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests.
- Help with food handling tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, enhancing their dining experience.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality and guest services, with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order tracking and management.
