Machine Operator Objective : Machine Operators at Mullican Flooring are responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of production lines, conducting quality checks, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as assigned by management.

Machine Operator Essential Functions :

  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work night or day shifts as assigned.
  • Perform basic math and understand complex instructions.
  • Work with precision equipment.
  • Identify and resolve problems, defining issues and root causes.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ensure machines produce quality products through periodic checks.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long hours, and follow instructions with precision.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Machine Operator Competencies :

  • Teamwork Orientation
  • Technical Capacity

    • Machine Operator Education and Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

    • Machine Operator Physical Demands :

  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
  • Frequently lift and / or move items up to 75 pounds.

    • Machine Operator Hours :

  • 1st Shift - 6 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. Monday-Friday

    • Machine Operator Pay & Benefits :

  • Competitive Hourly Pay - $17.19 and higher
