Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Remodeling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of home and commercial remodeling, including flooring, painting, drywall installation and repair, and tile work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality renovations, repairs, and remodels in residential and commercial settings.
• Install, repair, and replace flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, etc.)
• Execute drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing to a professional standard.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces with precision and efficiency.
• Install and repair tile for flooring, walls, and backsplashes.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing structures and provide effective repair solutions.
• Work with clients and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following safety guidelines.
• Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in remodeling, construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in flooring, painting, drywall, tile installation, and general repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work is a plus.
• Experience using power tools and industry-standard equipment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
