Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Ford technician training program or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as tires and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must have own tools
- Team Player
- Experience working in a dealership environment
- ASE certifications in multiple areas
- Experience with Ford diagnostic software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Performing diagnostic tests on Ford vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repairing and replacing parts and components as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicating with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations
- Keeping up-to-date with Ford training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest automotive technology
