Mullinax Ford of Olympia is expanding its Sales and Internet departments and is looking for highly motivated people that would like to work with a team selling over 200 vehicles a month.

Compensation:
- Paid hourly minimum wage for weekly hours worked as a draw each pay period
- Earn cash spiffs paid weekly for: Sold Accessories/Products, 5-Sar Reviews, Hat trick/Cap Trick/String, CSI, etc.
- Earn commission per customer sold unit
- Volume bonus earned once sold unit counts of 11, 17, and 22 units per month are achieved
- Repeat customer bonus
- Bonus for sold Specialty Units
- Commissions and bonuses are settled up against draw balance monthly
