Mullinax Automotive is looking for a personable, collaborative, hard-working team member who is steady and meticulous to join our multi-store enterprise. Prior dealership experience preferred but not required. Prior administrative experience is required. Candidates must be able to work on-site at our Apopka Florida office.

Today, there are 11 Mullinax Ford, Hyundai, Genesis, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealerships located in Washington, Florida, and Alabama. Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm. Flex schedule option available, details provided during interview.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Receipt checks and prepare daily bank deposit
- Receive, verify, reconcile, and process invoices and payments
- Research, track, and correct vendor account discrepancies
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Prepare 10th of month checks
- Provide assistance and support to Company personnel
- Follow all Company procedures and standards
- Other duties as assigned
