We are looking for those currently at an aftermarket store I.E. Firestone, Jiffy Lube etc. The Ford Quick Lane is a fast-paced environment. This is a flat rate pay position the more you turn the more you earn. The hourly flat rate amount will be based off your skill level. Must have the tools to do the job. This could be a great opportunity for the right person as we offer paid Ford training to grow you to a mainline technician. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Previous Tire or Oil change store experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations on a variety of vehicles.
