Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales or real estate sales.
  • Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their options.
