Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in automotive title work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registration
- Notary public certification
Responsibilities:
- Process and file vehicle titles and registration documents accurately and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registration
- Communicate with sales and finance teams to ensure timely completion of paperwork
