Were seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our family-oriented team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is eager to provide top-tier support to our commercial clients. This position offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 , along with quarterly bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $6,000 based on growth in the commercial department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to small business producer by analyzing client needs, reviewing coverage forms, and obtaining quotations.
  • Complete and submit applications to carriers, ensuring timely receipt of quotations and policies.
  • Issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, and forward them to clients with necessary correspondence.
  • Determine and manage billing, invoicing clients, and handling collection tasks.
  • Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals as required.
  • Process renewals, reviews, and audits of policies to ensure accuracy and initiate corrections when needed.
  • Address and resolve requests for cancellations, acting to retain accounts where possible.
  • Identify loss exposures and recommend suitable coverage options alongside producers.
  • Quoting of new business and renewals

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a commercial insurance account manager
  • Active Florida Insurance License
  • Proficiency with an agency management system
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
