What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Machine Operator position at Mullins Cheese Inc?
Mullins Cheese and Mullins Whey continue to pave the way in the dairy industry. With locations in Mosinee, Marshfield, and Plover, we are searching for motivated individuals looking for a challenge to fill posistions. With our Plover facility soon to be running, we are searching for inviduals to fill new roles at Plover and Mosinee.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor and control production machinery
- Monitor and use “Clean in Place” procedures on product machinery and tools
- Correctly take samples of product for lab testing
- Maintain appropriate production records
- Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies
- Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product
- Follow Safety Procedures
- Maintain clean work environment
- Aid plant manager on the shift by following his/her directions
- Operate within HACCP guidelines to assure safe, quality product
- Other duties assigned by plant manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of Machine experience with dryers, crystallizer, membranes, seperators, vats etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Wage:
- Starting wage of $20.50
- Wage open based upon experience
- Shift Premium of $3.00 per hour Monday-Friday, all day Saturday
- Sundays 1.5x pay
- Weekly pay
