Mullins Cheese is proud to announce a new posistion as an Industrial Flooring and Wall Repair Technician. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, eager to work individual to perform work repairing facilities floors and walls. This posistion will require using epoxys, urethanes, concrete, coatings, and paint. Duties to include renovating areas within the plants while applying the proper material needed and applying correct surface protectant to ensure longevity.
Work to be performed is primarily in the Mosinee facility, but jobs may also take place in Marshfield facility or Plover facility.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assess and install industrial flooring and wall systems in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of existing flooring and walls to identify wear and damage.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on flooring and wall systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams to plan and execute flooring and wall projects.
- Document with provided software. Photos, materials, times, work performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
