What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Operator position at Mullins Cheese Inc?
Position Summary:

Essential Job Functions:
Unload raw product from truck and make sure inside of bulk tank gets washed and sanitized daily. Document and maintain appropriate records for loads and cleanings.
- Receive/document raw product
- Sample load/cow samples for antibiotics, pH, and other possible inadequacies
- Wash/sanitize bulk tank interior, hose and pump compartment, vents, and vent covers via manual or automatic controls
- Maintain clean work environment, clean wash tanks, and complete documentation required by agriculture agencies and/or the dairy plant
- Comply with all processes and procedures of SQF 2000 to assure safe, quality product
- Report loads that are positive for antibiotics or other milk inadequacies
