The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to build and optimize our administrative infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Establish and maintain organizational systems for office operations, including document management, scheduling, and supplies procurement.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
- Manage vendor relationships, office equipment, and facility maintenance needs.
