Responsibilities
- Integration Support
- Collaborate with the Special Projects Coordinator to design and build integrations between systems using APIs.
- Assist in mapping data flows and identifying opportunities to optimize processes
- Development & Testing:
- Write and test API calls to ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Debug and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain clear documentation for integration workflows and processes.
- Support the development of user guides and troubleshooting documentation.
- Problem Solving & Analysis:
- Analyze system requirements and recommend integration solutions.
- Identify and address data discrepancies or inefficiencies
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with APIs and basic knowledge of RESTful services.
- Experience with a programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Boomi, or MuleSoft).
- Understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
