We are looking for a Material Handler at a site in Hartwell, GA. The hours for this position are 6:00pm - 6:00am, currently working six nights a week (subject to change).
Job Summary:
The Material Handler will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the construction site. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. The Material Handler will also be responsible for operating material handling equipment and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.

The position may require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time. The Material Handler may also be required to work overtime or on weekends as needed.

The salary for this position will be $20 - $25 depending on experience and qualifications.

- Store materials in designated locations
- Pick and pack materials for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior experience on a large Commercial construction site.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
