Responsibilities 

• Document Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality related documentation including weld maps, inspection reports, NDE/NDT reports, test results, and compliance records.
  • Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.   
  • Assemble and review project documentation packages as needed.
• Weld Mapping
  • Assist with weld mapping isometric drawings for projects using Procore, our construction management software.  
  • Collaborate with welding inspectors and onsite quality to ensure accurate and comprehensive weld mapping.
• Data Entry and Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into Procore, spreadsheets, and other documents used to manage quality. 
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support quality control initiatives
• Other Duties 
  • Maintain consumable and material thresholds set forth by the quality department. 
  • Assist with scheduling and planning 3rd party NDE personnel.  

Qualifications

• Efficient in Microsoft Office programs (SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.) 
• Ability to read, understand, and digitally markup plans using Bluebeam or other PDF editing tools.  
• 3 years of professional experience working in an administrative or systems coordinator role, preferably in a quality control/assurance position and/or in the industrial construction industry.
• Experience using Procore or other project management software preferred.  
• Able to type 40 words per minute. 
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external project teams. 
• High level of organizational skills and time management.  
• Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work within a team environment.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed. 
• Self-motivated with the drive to learn and grow.
