A Private Equity firm is opening a new office in Brickell. They are looking for the administrative heart and soul of this new office. There will be about 8-10 people in this office to start but they are growing. They are in office Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm with a tremendous perk of primarily working remote mid June – mid August! Their ideal candidate is extremely poised, professional and eager to have a part in this new venture.
Responsibilities : Office Management –
Order supplies (office & kitchen)
Set up conference rooms / lunches
Greet visitors - Act as the front face of the firm (provide a true white-glove experience)
Administrative –
Calendar management
Expense reporting
Travel coordination
Event planning
