Manages overall operations in the Sheet Finishing Department at Rochester Tech Park. Overall responsibility for the effective and successful leadership of labor, productivity, quality, and safety improvement. Ensures safe and efficient operations, enhances operational procedures, and drives continuous improvement through use of Lean / VM tools. Drives positive culture through active and timely involvement of teammates and resources.

Responsibilities :

Minimum of High School Diploma, with some college education preferredRequires 5 plus years of progressively responsible experience, including scheduling and real time operations managementStrong experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or FulfillmentMust have Lean Manufacturing experienceDemonstrated change management leadership skillsExcellent strategic thinking skillsSolid ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong teamwork, communication, and organization skillsExceptional problem resolution and analysis skillsAttention to detail and a strong focus on safety and qualityPrior experience with cross-functional teamsMinimal travel as necessaryDiversity & Inclusion :
